Billing terms and conditions

These Billing Terms & Conditions (“Billing Terms”) form part of the Terms of Service of Primebridge Digital LTD, trading as Maunia. By placing an order on www.maunia.com, you agree to the billing practices set out below.


1. Payment Methods

All transactions are processed in GBP (£). Currency conversion fees may be charged by your bank or card provider if your account is held in another currency.


2. Payment Authorization

By entering your payment details at checkout, you authorise us and our third-party payment processors to charge the full order amount (including applicable delivery costs and taxes) to your selected payment method. If your payment is declined or not authorised, your order will not be accepted.


3. Billing Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and account information. If your details change (such as billing address or card expiry), you must update them immediately to avoid failed or delayed transactions. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we cannot verify billing or payment details.


4. Charges & Taxes

All prices shown on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Any additional delivery fees will be clearly shown at checkout. No hidden fees will be applied.


5. Recurring Payments (if applicable)

If you sign up for a subscription or recurring order, you authorise us to automatically charge your chosen payment method at the agreed intervals until you cancel. You may manage or cancel recurring payments by contacting us at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.


6. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.


7. Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraud, all payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your payment provider. We may refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if we cannot verify billing details.

These Billing Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a resident of Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
